At NovaSapien, we empower individuals to take full control of their Bitcoin. This guide walks you through using our offline BIP-39 word list and standard 6-sided dice to generate a secure, private seed phrase — without ever touching the internet.
The BIP-39 standard provides a list of 2048 words used to generate secure Bitcoin wallets. Instead of using online tools, you can use regular dice and a printed word list to generate a completely offline, human-readable 12-word seed phrase.
This method is:
⚠️ Do this in private. Away from cameras. Offline only.
If you roll 1–3, use the front side of the word list
If you roll 4–6, use the back side
Each side of the list is divided into large rectangles → medium rectangles → small rectangles → words.
You’ll roll the die 4 times to navigate to a single word.
Roll to choose one of the 6 large rectangles
Roll to pick a sub-rectangle
Roll to pick a smaller one
Final roll lands you on a word
If a rectangle is empty, retry from Step 1.
Repeat this process to collect 11 words.
The last word in your seed phrase is a checksum, which helps detect typing errors or tampering.
You can calculate the final word using tools like:
✔️ No third-party trust
✔️ Verifiably random
✔️ Cold-storage compatible
✔️ Empowers true sovereignty
This method has been trusted for years by privacy-first Bitcoiners — and we’ve made it even easier with our visual layout and print-ready toolkit.
