Shipping Policy

At NovaSapien, we aim to deliver your Bitcoin self-custody products, security tools, and merchandise quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping details below to understand how your order will be handled.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship all physical products using UPS Ground across the United States.
  • Typical delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (MT) may be processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
  • For most orders, UPS Ground rates will apply automatically.
  • Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.

International Shipping

At this time, NovaSapien only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
