Return & Refund Policy

At NovaSapien, we stand behind the quality of our Bitcoin self-custody products, security materials, and merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Digital/downloadable products (courses, guides, eBooks)

  • Opened tamper-evident bags or security materials

  • Customized or limited-edition art prints 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@novasapien.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • NovaSapien, 2525 Arapahoe Ave, Ste E4 #1004, Boulder, CO 80302, USA.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Delivery / Lost Items

If you did not receive your package:

  • First, check your tracking information and contact UPS.

  • If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
