Absolutely. Privacy and security are our top priorities. We never ask for or need access to your seed phrases, private keys, or wallet balances. Sessions are conducted securely and we do not record them without your explicit permission.  

Yes. You can use your 3 hours in a single session or split them across multiple shorter sessions. Many clients do an initial 2-hour setup session followed by a 1-hour review after they’ve had time to practice.  

No, consulting is available to anyone. However, Self-Custody Kit purchasers receive this 3-hour package at the discounted rate of $300 (normally $300/hour). The kit and course provide the foundation — consulting provides personalized guidance on top of that.  

Unused consulting hours may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a session has begun, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
